TERMS & CONDITIONS

The property in the goods shall remain with The Polo Splice, until such time as the invoice is paid in full, but the risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery.

If payment of the total price or other sums is not paid on the due date the Company shall have the right with or without prior notice at any time, to retake possession of the whole or any part of the products and for that purpose to go upon any premises occupied by the buyer thereof without prejudice
to any other remedy of the Company. We reserve the right to incorporate a Credit Charge of 10% in our invoice to encourage settlement of terms. We reserve the right to charge a 3% handling fee on invoices settled with a credit card

Prices are correct at the time of printing, but as prices of Raw Materials are constantly fluctuating, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Mallet Repairs, which are not collected or paid for within 90 days unless agreed, will be sold to recover costs.

DELIVERY
Shortages: The purchaser shall examine the goods on receipt and any shortage must be notified within 3 days.
Non-Delivery: In respect of claim for non-delivery the purchaser must advise in writing within 7 days of the date of invoice for UK Customers (28 days for overseas Customers)

Goods ordered and subsequently returned will not be accepted unless by prior agreement. Under such circumstances we reserve the right to deduct a 10% handling charge from the value of the goods.
